The summer 2024 launch of the Krispy Kreme Rewards program introduced an enhanced experience, offering members even more opportunities to earn free treats, share the joy, and redeem rewards tailored to their preferences. I played a key role in supporting this initiative by designing a diverse range of assets to drive engagement and awareness. These included launch merchandise, app store visuals, digital menu boards, and CRM customer journey materials. Each asset was strategically crafted to ensure a seamless and delightful user experience, aligning with Krispy Kreme’s mission to make every moment sweeter for its loyal fans.
